Spent Easter at a hotel in Puebla. Enjoyed the comfy beds and the cozy and clean rooms. the helpful staff made great recommendations for attractions in nearby towns. the hotel was located near several popular restaurants and historical sites, making it easy to explore the area.
We had difficulties with the room keys that needed to be reprogrammed and the lack of available amenities was a letdown. There were not enough towels in our room, and some of the electrical outlets were not functioning properly.

Clean and functional rooms. Convenient location close to historical sites and restaurants.
No extra amenities such as coffee maker, hair dryer or frig. Some noise issues from nearby bars and events.

The hotel is located close to various restaurants, bars, and cafes, allowing guests to explore the area. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a reasonable size flat screen TV, and free WIFI - a plus. the restaurant inside prepares decent food at a good price.
The hotel lacks basic amenities such as a clock, hair dryer, or even a frig, and is located very close to a noisy bar/club district.

I loved this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were great. They had functional electrical outlets in every room and at public locations for my devices. The location was perfect for visiting historical sites, and the staff was helpful with recommendations for nearby facilities.
Nothing that I didn't like.
